Bay Food Brokerage

WEHR Constructors was the construction manager for the Bay Food Brokerage office renovation project located in Tampa, FL. 

This project encompassed 12,000 square foot renovation of the office building. The scope of the project includes cosmetic and floor plan updates, which include exterior and interior paint, modification of finishes, and addition of offices to the existing building shell. 

The hardscape, landscape, building signage, and security system were also upgraded. The commercial kitchen received a refresh, including new casework and countertops throughout the space.
